Refund & Cancellation Policy

Advisory Bookings: Clients may cancel or reschedule a scheduled advisory session up to 24 hours in advance without any penalty. Late cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable.

Consulting Services: Once a strategic project or operational audit has officially commenced, payments made towards milestones are non-refundable as they represent dedicated consulting hours.
